Hotel Review: Park Hyatt Saigon

Park Hyatt Saigon – Luxurious and Classic Hotel in Saigon

Having visited Saigon this festive season, I was so excited to head back since my previous visit was last year and the weather looked a lot more comfortable during that days.

I took advantage of Employee complimentary room of Hyatt to stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. I arrived at the hotel after an hour flight from Danang city via Vietjet and just 15 minutes from the Tan San Nhat airport by Grab and it ran me about 4 dollars.

Even though I came to the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, I was given the key card to my room after a minute’s wait.

As I walk into my room, the standard room, the toilet is located on the side and it’s also connected to white marble bathroom and bedroom. Measuring approximately 34 sqm in size, my room at Park Hyatt Saigon comes with a view of the city.

The room was beautifully decorated with classic style.  There were desks in the room, along with a kitchenette, small dining room table, and a large walk-in closet.

Breakfast at Park Hyatt Saigon runs from 6:00 am to 10:30 am daily at Opera and the restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant overlooking the Opera House (hence the name).

My room was inclusive of breakfast – both the full buffet and a hot a la carte item. The buffet was beautiful with tons of fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt, cold cuts, and more. However, I enjoyed starting the day with a tasty bowl of ‘Banh Canh’and some baguettes.

Throughout my stay, I did not find the restaurant to be exceedingly crowded and I was always given a table immediately white it was festive season

Especially, the staffs in the hotel were also incredibly nice.

Park Hyatt Saigon is located with many tourist attractions and Ho Chi Minh’s historical sites. We, therefore, rent the motorbike with the price at 5 dollars per day to easily explore the city.

Let’s check out my coming article: “24-HOUR IN SAIGON”.
